Folks,
Good morning! I hope you're well. Luther King House are reporting the following error when they try to download their UoM MA Exam Board Report. This is with “Postgraduate Taught” for transcript type, and they've tried both leaving the classification box empty and choosing the “Level 7…” option for that box. It comes up with an error message either way.
Running a report with the “Undergraduate Durham Common Awards” transcript type gives an excel file, but this is corrupt and won’t open.

Thank-you! Clare at LKH is till reporting the error occurring this morning (21/10). Now, previously Clare was having trouble with her system not updating when PickLists, which I believed Alan fixed that time by restarting Tomcat. Is it possible something similar is happening again? Or is there a further error with the report?

I just looked and realized there are actually two errors reported above.
I just ran the Exam Board Report with the Postgraduate Taught and Level 7, and it does not error. Please confirm that this is not erroring for her.
I also just saw that the "Undergraduate Durham Commons Award" error above, which is a different issue and I dont believe we actually looked in to. Please confirm this is the error that she is still receiving.

The second error has now been fixed as well. The issue was that there are no students with classes for transcript type "Undergraduate Durham Common Awards" so the xlsx had no data.
If there are additional issues, please provide additional info on exactly how to recreate them.

To be more specific about the transcript type... On the Colleges there is a Type field. None of the Colleges have a Type of "Undergraduate Durham Common Awards" so there will not be any transcript data for that transcript type because we look at the Class/College to determine what should be displayed.
Thanks - this error is specifically regarding the Level 7 Exam Board Grid (I'll sort out the Durham UG one if they need that doing!).
Clare's account is still reporting the same error for this process with the Level 7 grid. I'm not sure if her account is just not updating again, or if there's something else going on there. Unfortunately, the other staff member who uses this process is away this week, so I don't have another user to readily test it out with!
