issue with duplicates of semester in billing anylsis

Hi

On the update that happened on July 25th there was suppose to be a fix for the duplicate semesters in Billing Anaysis but I still have duplicate semseters, there is also multiple semesters in the student billing if I need to change a payment from one semester to another.

Cindy, the fix above was specifically for the billing period analysis page, and that is fixed and working correctly from what I can see.  There is a separate task open to fix the broader issue of billing periods.
