ISIR import error

Hello,

I imported a 2021-2022 ISIR this morning and I received the attached error. I looked at the students account and it has attached so I am not sure the reason for the error. 660002081

Fix

There are some missing requirements for 2021-2022. I will work on getting this resolved.
