Our Marketing team is considering using a CRM system called Hubspot to track enquiries, do mail-outs, and integrate with our current GMail based email system. I'm curious to know your initial thoughts on whether it would be possible to integrate this with GNECsis.
The Hubspot API does seem to have some functionality to enable this - I'm looking particularly at the Contacts Object in this case. I'm wondering essentially whether you think this could be setup to automatically import contacts into GNECsis as a Prospect in the Admissions module, potentially with a Contact History, though I realise that may not be feasible.
Let me know what you think - I know the Marketing team are keen to get a sense about whether such an integration would even be possible, in order to limit the amount of manual entry for storing data.

There is the ability in GNECsis to create a custom prospect import process. This should do what you need... As long as you can export the prospects to a excel/csv file then I can work with you to create the import and prospect generation. When we have our meeting I can show you the details on this. Its a bit technical but once set up... this should be possible without a developer needing to get involved.
