Folks,
We have a very useful report that we use for governmental reporting duties, the "HESA Student Engagement By College" report. Among others, it has three fields in it that are no longer populating correctly - I think this is because we have had some fields moved around/changed as our system has been updated. Could we get them re-linked in the following ways:
1. FUNDLEV - this field is no longer needed, and so can be removed from the report.
2. FUNDCOMP - this field should now link to the Student > Student Degree Track > Student Course Session > "Funding Competion" field.
3. FUNDCODE - this field should now link to the Student > Student Degree Track > Student Course Session > "Funding Body" field.
4. DISALL - this field should now link to the Student > Student Degree Track > Student Course Session > "Student Financial Support" entity. If we can have it pull only those with internal value "100" all the better; if not, all of them will do!
5. QUALENT3 - I realise this field may need some looking at - it is still pulling from the same location, but there are now some students with a Context and some without, which may prove tricky!
6. Could we have a field added called "Domicile" which links to their Home type address Country?
7. Could we have a field added called "ELQ" that links to Student > Student Degree Track > Student Course Session > "ELQ"?
These changes should be made for the NTC, Cliff College, and Luther King House servers.
