Hi,
When Registrar is updating grades after supplementary/special exams, the popup 'Enrollment Date is Required' pops up. This is new as we havent encountered this while doing the same operation in the past.
Which date does the system require us to key in?
I am thinking the system already has the enrolment date (As it picks the date when the student originally enrolled for the class)

The date is automatically set for new class enrollments. But this field is blank for older classes. There are many uses but the primary use is to be able to evaluate early or late registrations and fees that are based on when the class is set to enrolled as apposed to the creation date.
In most cases if you make a change to a class you can put the enrollment date to the current date. Though you can also set the date to be earlier or later based on your needs.
