Generating charges for Spring 20

Hi,

I have generated a couple of students charges for Spring 20 and the Tech fee and student fee is not included only tuition do I need to do anything to apply them to the students account?

This is urgent, I have actually figured out the issue with charges not generating but now I am getting a different error that I can not figure out. I have attached it. This error prevents me from generating charges at all and our yearly schedule mandates that we have charges posted to students accounts today. Thank you
