The academic term exceeds the 15 character maximum allowed for that field and is shifting the subsequent data out of their proper positions. Please resubmit this file with a corrected header.

It appears that the heading line has changed for clearinghouse. I eliminated 10 spaces (https://theclearinghouse.download/erguide). From what I could tell, the rest of the document should be ok.
This will be included in the next release, which is currently scheduled for Thursday morning.
