Financial Hold Permissions

I don't see this feature, so I request that the Financial Hold permissions be separated out so we can apply restrictions on the group permission page.  We only want the the Fin Aid officer to place and remove holds, but currently, other Academic users can remove holds.

Thanks for the suggestion.  I have added a permission FinancialHoldUpdate on to Academics > Students.  Once installed, you will want to go in and turn this off for those that should not have access.
