Fee not collected when an application is submitted

Good Afternoon,

I have discovered that students have the ability to submit application for admissions and not pay the required application fee.

Resolution

Since this was opened a considerable amount of updates were made to the application and the payment system.  I am closing this one as resolved. If this is still a problem please let us know!
