We have executed another manual export from GNECsis to Moodle. I have two classes with no enrollments (subsequently removed from the schedule). One is showing cancelled by the Registrar, and one is still an open class. However, the export recreated both of the classes, because I manually deleted them from Moodle.
Is there a setting we can activate in order to prevent creation of a class that has been cancelled?

Hi Mitch,
There is a fix for this now on your system. Now, if a class is cancelled, it will no longer be in the export. This way, if you delete the course in Moodle, it should stay deleted. In the future, I will go back and try to unenroll students and faculty in a class that has been cancelled, but wanted to get you something for now that will work.
