Error with return on this site

Hello, 

When I press Return while making a comment here, the cursor goes back to the beginning of the post. To advance a line I have to press Shift + Enter.

Enter Issue

Hello,

Are you using the plain text editor or the advanced text editor?

Also, what internet browser are you using? 

I am not having the same issue so I think it may be related to one of those two things.
