Hi! Trust you are well!
1. I had an error when trying to merge two same person. Please see screen shots down below.
2. Also, I have a request. Could you put back the merging of records in Admissions? There was that feature before, but it’s no longer there. Although in Academics there is a field for merging. But it would be helpful to have that as well in Admissions.

Hello!
We are in the final stages of testing the new merge functionality and it should be up very soon.
There is a lot of changes (improvements) to the merging process and where it can be done. When its installed I will be providing a full description of the Merge options in the system.
We will be including a Admissions Merge. This will allow two people that each have a prospect profile (and no other system roles like Student, Employee, Donor, Instructor etc) to be merged such that the prospect profiles are both attached to the Target person. You can then go into the person and indicate which prospect Profile is the current and which one should be historical. If two people want to be merged that have student or other roles in the system the merge will need to be made in other areas of the system. Those areas will be clearly described in the update notes.
