Enrolled Students with Classes Error

I am getting an error when I try to run an "Enrolled Students w/ Classes" report. I am able to get the reports I need but it seems like this particular report I can run multiple terms at once? I need the number of students enrolled in courses over several terms.

I will fix the underlying problem

I will fix the underlying problem, but to get around it, click to unselect all of the nations of citizenship and it will run with no error.
