In working the students we have enrolled for fall it had became very cumbersome to send individual student emails through a contact list. The student email is included with their name, Campus ID and other information in the contact list. Can I please request that a link be attached to that email so I do not have to choose the student and then go to the top of the page to choose email student.

I actually implemented this a different way that I hope will be better. Now that you can next and previous through a list of students in student accounts, I am adding an email button next to preferred email on the student page. I am also adding the current balance to the top section of the student page. This way you see all the students information in front of you. Once you have emailed one, just click next and you will be on the next student.
Does this make sense? Will this work for you? I think this will work for your purpose, as well as be useful for other purposes. I plan to do similar for Financial Aid, Prospects, and Academic Students.
