Dropped class still showing

I had a student drop Class A and register for Class B. Then he changed his mind and wanted Class A instead. I went to Staff Portal to re-enroll him in Class A and then back to Instructor Portal to remove Class B. The record then showed enrollment in both classes yet both displayed "Dropped" on the student's registration summary. I clicked Remove from Schedule and selected Class B, after which "Dropped" was no longer displayed on B, "Dropped" was displayed on A, and the Schedule tab on Staff > Academics > Students showed registration for both classes. Judy helped me fix the registration locally, but it still is not showing correctly on Instructor > Advisees.

Hello,

I will see if I can duplicate this scenario.  However the situation sounds like there may be an issue with information being cached in the browser not being refreshed and showing the updated values.  If you logged out and back in to the faculty portal does it still show the incorrect registration on Instructor > Advisees?

If you could email dparker@nazarene.org with the name of the student I would like to look at the students details.
