Hello,
We were trying to figure out how our Program Directors can have access to the student document on Academics > Students > Details > History. Can you please help me set it on administration to get them an access to it? I played around it on the System Administration > Groups > Groups but it does not show. Am I missing something?

Greetings,
I am looking at this request where your program directors are not able to see student documents. I was able to login as "Clark Armstrong" and I looked at the student with ID 210003336. The Documents area is there and when I click on view I can see the document download (it is an image so it downloads but they will need a viewer on their system to view this). It is recommended to predominately use pdfs for this reason. Maybe you are meaning a different area or there is a different issue? Please give more detail if so.
