I noticed that none of the DMin site visit fees are being applied to student accounts. I have looked but do not see any obivious reason for this. They populated correctly in fall.
Can someone please help me figure this out. I have already had at least one student pay their spring bill which is not correct. I would like to avoid the need to let any others know that their bill is not correct.

I have looked over everything and it does indeed appear that it should be working properly. I will need to escalate this to get a solution.

The developers were able to help me to find the issue with the billing rule. The error has been resolved and the billing for this charge is now working.
