Stephen, are your settings in host set that way or are you settings for each student set that way? Host is just the defaults. You need to use the bulk update tool to change each student.

For existing students, use the academics > student search. Find your students and select them. Then hit the update selected/ bulk update. There is then a tool on that page to custom update permissions or update them from host. But be careful of those that Megan has received forms from and turned them off
If you are unsure you can run a report, don’t remember exact name but one of them shows all permission settings for all students

Also, once changed, are the host settings now the default for new students?
