I am not able to delete or drop a class anymore when I am looking at a student schedule. I need to be able to delete, there used to be an "X" in edit mode and now it is not there. I also don't have a "drop class" button.

This was a new permission that was added in the last release. I went in to your SYstem Admin > Groups and updated your group permissions. You should now have access. In the future, if something like this happens again, a person with SYstem Admin access can go in and update/resave your permission group.
