Default Pay Bill to Electronic Check

Can we change the default payment to be Electronic check? We want to prioritize payments without credit card fees.

Also, the language on the instructions should be updated to read "Electronic Check" instead of "Please use the "pay by check" option to avoid any fees." If this is in host, I did not find it.

For the question about the instructions on the screen, this is modified in System Administration/Host/Additional Info/Payment Location for each specific payment type.
