I am not sure why but I can only see 3 of the 6 cross registration students that the registrar made categories for. I need to see all the cross regs as I have to bill their home schools for their tuition. Please advise.

At NTS there is a Student Category and a Student Classification.
Student Category, is a list of categories that can be assigned to a student. A student can have 0,1, or more categories at the same time. Student Accounts, Financial Aid, Academics can create and assign Student Categories. They can be department specific (only seen by that department) or globally available for all to see.
Student Classification is set by Academics and is only one designation at a time. Each student has to have a classification.
In your specific question only 3 students are currently assigned a Cross Registered Student Category. There are currently 8 students that are assigned to the Cross Registered Student Classification.
To make them match all students that have the Student Classification of Cross Registered would need to have the Cross Registered Student Category also assigned.
