Hi,
Ok let me see if I can explain this. I noticed that credit and debit transactions for the fees on our credit card payments are not showing on student accounts. This is for the entire month of February with the exception of one student on 02/09/2021 has the credit card fee showing on their account. I have included examples, please let me know if I need to provide additional information.
