There was 2 credit card payment made yesterday and we received the following error.
A problem occurred while connecting to the Silent Post URL for Payment Page ID WSP-NAZAR-OpPsHQCz&Q.

We check our bank account this morning and we have a pending credit for both transaction but one of them did not applied to the student's account. How do I get it applied to the students account? 660000567

I have communicated the information to Alan so that it can be analyzed in more detail. Depending on what he does I may be getting back in touch with you to manually set up the cc payment for the student.

Hi Cindy,
Let's go ahead and post these manually for now. With the transition of the system to linux today, let's let it settle down and then if there are problems later we can revisit. RIght now things are a bit in transition and your server was having some issues so I am hoping some of these may go away if it no longer gets to a high usage state now. But, we will see.
