Credit card payment

Good morning,

on 10/05/2021 at 7:32 and 7:40PM time stamp on the email I received 2 credit card payments for a student but only on is applied to their account.  the one that applied is receipt number 17640.

 

Please advise

The problem seems to have been created by a student paying one amount, then hitting the back button several times, changing the amount, and then submitting it again. Unfortunately, using the back button makes it use the existing transaction in terms of the GNECsis posting so it only posts one value instead of two. They have changed the one URL to point back to the main student account page and it is advised to contact payeezy to have them disable the back button on their forms which should solve the problem ultimately.
