Credit Card charges

Hello,

We had student 660016531 pay his bill yesterday by credit card.  There is 2 credit card payments on his account but we can only see one receipt.  Can someone check to see what happened.  I would like to get the incorrect transaction removed as soon as possible as to not confuse the student.

Resolution

I will have the developers take a look to see if they can figure out how the double payment happened.  

I will verify you can delete any transaction and fee from the student account without causing an issue.

Resolution

It appears to be a rare situation that could happen based on the Payeezy process.  We will communicate more through email on seeing if there are Payeezy settings that could reduce the rare issue from happening.

In regards to the duplicate transaction and applicable fees go ahead and delete the duplicates.
