Folks,
Cliff are having some difficulty with the document upload system - on our NTC GNECsis when I upload documents on the Admissions portal, they become visible on the Student Portal also under Academics > Documents. However, this doesn't seem to be happening for Cliff. We've checked the Permissions for both Admissions and Academics 'documents' and they all seem to be in order - could you hop in and see if we've missed something obvious there?

Hey Rob,
The document category (look in system administration/administration/document categories) is what determines where the category is visible. In their case, they don't have the tick box for Student Portal/Student Profile ticked. If they tick that, you should see the documents then in the student portal.

Folks,
Alison at Cliff has changed the permissions, but documents still don't seem to be appearing on the student side. Both documents already existing and new test documents don't seem to be visable - we tried with students:

Could someone hop in and see if something is amiss, or if we just missed something?

If they are trying to access the documents in the Academic Section they need to select Student from the Admin/Academic section of the document access. (See screen shot).
I added the Student Option and the documents show up in your test cases.
