Change log not sorting properly

The order isn't correct when sorting by time.

It appears to sort by user and then by time.

Included in Version 2.50

There was an issue sorting by date.  It was doing it as a string rather than i date.  I actually fixed it this morning and it is included in the next release, version 2.50
