I just tried to change a student's graduation date. When I clicked on the picklist on Academics > Majors, Minors, and Audits > Degree Candidacy Graduation the only option given was the current date that needs to be changed.

I just tried to change a student's graduation date. When I clicked on the picklist on Academics > Majors, Minors, and Audits > Degree Candidacy Graduation the only option given was the current date that needs to be changed.
The graduation date on Degree Candidacy comes from the Graduation Month drop down. This is configured in Academics > Administration > Graduation.

I see it, thank you. I wonder why the one I had problem with is a picklist at all if it doesn't serve any purpose.
