I was wondering if I could have the same bulk update for financial aid year as I do for billing year. It would be a great help at the beginning of the year to be able to change the status on multiple people instead of having to touch each students account.

Hello,
The system creates the billing term/year for the students when you run billing or edit/save. My recommended way to create the billing terms/years is to run billing for all students even if they are 0 charges. If you do not want to run it on the upcoming 2023-2034 Fall as you want some students with classes to not get billed yet, then you can run it on 23-24 Spring (which will generate no charges as the billing is not set up yet) and it will generate the profiles for any not already made.
There is a query that will also find students that do not have a student account profile. Below is the location of the query. If you do not have access to this part of the system, you will need someone with authority to create a report that you can access in Student Accounts. You can also have them email me with permission to create the report that you can access from Student Accounts.

Here are the steps for Financial Aid.
1. In Financial Aid, search and find all active students.
2. In the search results select all students.
3. On the top of the search page make sure you have the correct Financial Aid Year selected. (Green box on image)
4. In the Search Results area there is a button to Generate Profiles. (Red box on image).
