Hi all,
Student 660016713 dropped a class on Jan 27th and the refund rules did not apply to his account. He was in the second week so he should have had a 75% refund on the class.
Can someone please check into this for me. They would like a new payment plan so I will adjust that manually to get him the adjusted number.

This person has a refund transction from 2/7, created from billing rules, and it was refunded at 75%. All appears correct..
