Billing Analysis not calculating projected balances

Hi

I am trying to calculate projected balances for the Spring in student accounts billing analysis and it will produce any results at all.  Can someone please let me know if something has changed or if it is an actual bug?

Billing Analysis caluculation issue

After talking to Cindy, the error of not calculating could not be reproduced.  Please update this if you are able to duplicate this issue again.
