Folks,
Cliff would like some alterations to the Photo Roster on Academics > Classes. Alternatively, if we'd like to keep all UK schools running as similar a system as possible, a new button next to it with these specificiations would also work!
For the roster:
Please can we have the unit title, AY and semester as the document title, then the following, per student:
- First name
- Surname
- degree track
- classification
- photo
- disability (student > HESA > student values > disability (if present)
- person denomination
Can the output be a PDF, please.

I added the Class Name and Year/Semester to the top of the page. For HESA Schools, I added disability and person denomination. The rest of the fields already exist on the photo roster.
This is available in Staff and Instructor Portal. If they wish to save to PDF, right click and print, and there is an option to save to PDF. I think this provides the most flexiblity for all. Let me know if this will work for them. It will be in the next release.
