Currently, password resets are sent from "registrar" but since it is more of a technical/AD issue, we would like to set it to come from IT. I am not sure if this would be the case for everyone, so I would like to request a "from" field be editable for password reset emails.

This setting is already available in with the other settings for the forgotten password reset – Host/Messages. It is a bit of a strange place, but it is also where you set subject, message, etc., so they are all together in that location.
