I put a folder in our folder on SAIG named aging issues that has a discrepancy I have between the aging report and the billing period analysis, I know there is some issue with the billing anaylsis but I think his record is correct. the example I have has the student being 26 days late on his payment but the billing period analysis how he is no longer late. Can you please look at it and perhaps I am missing something.
Any input you can give me is appriciated

I will take a look at this and see if I can find the reason, if it appears to be an error I will make sure this gets a ticket to be repaired.

I will be sending you a video that goes through what I worked through. I think you could solve the issue (by not waiting for a fix) by deleting the extra payment plan lines. I have created a ticket to resolve the issue which appears to be that when a student makes a ACH payment through the portal that the payment is applied to the payment plan but does not distribute to the payment lines. This then causes the student to have payment plan payment installments show up delinquent.
