I did an advanced search to look for students that have not submitted their Scholarship thank you letters and got no results but I know I have at least one student that has not submitted his Thank you.
I have attached the Campus ID of the student and the search results

Thanks for letting us know. It does check the year if it is filled in, but there was a loop hole if there was no profile for that year. I have closed that loop hole and that fix will be installed in the next release.
