I ran a advanced search this morning and I have at least one incorrect response.
the search i did was
Requirement: Thank you letter received
Status: Active
Student 660015889 appears in the results but has met that requirement.
Please advise.

This does appear to be a bug. I have set a task for this. I will create a report for you that will allow you to find the information you need in the mean time.

It was not factoring in the financial aid year so was giving mixed results.
If you include the profile year in the search it will tell you if that requirement has NOT been met for that year. If you do not include the profile year, it will tell you students that have never met that requirement.
This will be included in the next release.
