I had a problem today where I added documents and the system did not safe them. This happened three times. It was only after I logged in a second time that the documents got recorded, not sure if it was just a glitch on my side or a problem in the system. You will also note that there was no date to the next to adding the document. So once I realised that you can safe but the system does not store. If there is not problem then ignore it might be me as a user. The second image was after I safed logged out and came back the files were not safed.

We are aware of and working through some issues with some documents based on their document permissions. This is very helpful. Ben, if you could email me directly this student you were working with, I will see if I can duplicate the issue.
