Folks,
Good afternoon! We regularly use the above report to pull out lists of students who are enrolled for a term, to circulate them to faculty so they can get to know the students a bit better (particularly during lockdown distance-learning!).
We've noticed that some of the student photos don't appear when you choose 'include profile pic', although they definitely do have a profile picture uploaded. Some examples would be:
340000011
340000197
Is there a particular reason for this (size/photo dimension restrictions, for example), and if so, is there a way to either force them to display, or limit photo uploads to photos that will report out correctly?
Thanks for your help!
Hello,
Thank you for the thorough explanation. I have created a task for our developers to take a look.

A few of your profile picture paths have spaces after the extension, and the report tool does not like that. I have trimmed out the trailing spaces out of the database, and the profile pictures should now all be showing on the report. I am not sure how those spaces got in to the database, but in the next version, there is a change that removes them before adding them to the report to prevent this even if there are spaces in the database.

Ah, thank-you! That makes good sense - thanks for the help.
