Bit of background: we have a class for fall that changed from 1 credit hour to 1/2 credit. the class is CTE500. Today at the request of a student I was working through her billing account and noticed that the change was not reflected on her account so I went through the entire class roster and of the 33 students enrolled in the class 21 had their academic changes recognized but 12 of those students (11) I had to adjust their account today giving them the credit for the change and 1 was not charged the 1/2 credit hour. Does anyone know why this might have happened and how I can make sure that it is not a ongoing issue.

In this case it depends a lot on timing, since we just launched a major revision of the academic changes, it depends on when these changes were made, before or after. I would say lets continue as is and if we see a problem on going. Closing for now

On a hunch, I decided to see what actually happens if you change credit hours for a class after students are already enrolled. It turns out, it changes it on the student and doesnt log the change or set the flags. I have changed this and it will be included in the next release. SInce this scenario doesnt happen frequently, never knew this happened.
