Issue:
When I am setting up a disbursement for loans there is no way to tell what the disbursement date is so if I have disbursements set up for different dates in a semester I can not tell which ones are for which dates:
I am requesting that The disbursement date be shown in the expected recipients portion of the FinancialAid>reports>Disbursemnt Detail.

**Explanation** The reason for it not being there is federal loans through Edexpress have a disbursement release indicator and a disbursement approval file. We set up the disbursements so that you can match the disbursement report perfectly so that the disbursement in Gnecsis matches the federal disbursement report.
When we go to COD (Common Origination and Disbursement) in the system, Federal loans will not be disbursed through the disbursement screen but will instead be disbursed through the COD disbursement release approval report.

A fix for this was included in version 2.46, which was installed at NTS today.
