I tried to email a new prospect with the server and received the error notification in the subject line. I then went to my own profile and verified that my work email address is listed correctly and marked as preferred (no other email addresses are in the system for me).

I have reviewed it, and it was using the email address on the user instead of the email address of the person for that user. I have changed it now, and it will be available in the next update, later this week. Thank you for helping to make GNECsis better.
