There is currently no way to run a report that contains the enrolled students for specific terms that shows their government ID. Can you please add "government ID" to the enrollment query? We need to see a list of students that took classes in a particular term so that we can see their social security number.

I have added this as a addition to the report. Depending on how long you have to complete this report if you provide me the report results (Cindy has a folder to put your data that is secure and does not require it to go through email) I will add the Government ID for you until the report gets updated.

The government id is a more secure field, so it isnt on reports. When we display it within GNECsis, it is displayed in the protected manner. Once it is on reports it can be printed or saved and all the SSNs would be visible to all, and in general, more people have access to reports so more people would have access to this info.
If you do want it on the enrollment query, I think it would need to be the secured version with the ***-**-1234 or need special permission. Thoughts?

I just noticed that the government id is already showing on the people and prospect query, so I went ahead and added it to the enrollment query as well. If we need to add security to this, please enter a new request.
This will be included in version 2.46, which is the next release.
