Can we create either system test accounts that are exempt from reports, or a check box to exempt accounts from reports? I think built system accounts would be preferred, but I do not know all the implications.
Ultimately, if we are testing prospects, students and student accounts, alumni, etc, they show up on reports. ex: If we test a charge on a bill, it shows up on our aging report, etc. It would be good to have set users that are always exempt from all reports (enrollment, prospects, accounts, etc.)
