It would be helpful to see the address to which an account creation email was sent. Currently, an admin receives a copy but it doesn't not include the recipient's email, only the body of the email. This would be helpful to see if an email was sent to the wrong address.

The email address has been added to the subject line. It used to say:
Account Creation (Sent to User)
now it says:
Account Creation (Sent to User Email: user's email address)
(account creation is modifiable by the user).
This is in version 2.47, which is the next version to be released.
