Hi, Kindra!
Just would like to report to you about a problem of our PhD staff losing her Instructor Portal. FYI: she also has a Student Portal because she is a student. She is Miss Wobeni Lotha from the PhD department. She was given access to do Advising for our three PhD Program Directors, but somehow she came to me this afternoon, saying she is no longer in the Instructor Portal. How can we put her back?
Please advise.

Hi, Dana! Thank you for the quick reply. No, there is no more option for her to select Instructor Portal. And that's what she lost. Please see the attached screen shot. Secondly, yes she is okay in logging in. But it's just that the switch roles for Instructor Portal is no longer available from her screen. Can you check how she can get it back? Thank you so much! :)

Kindra was able to figure it out. If you look at the screen shot below, there are three Type's available for Employees in the HR module. The first two (Contract Employee, Regular Employee) work about the same. Student Worker however has a built in restriction that prevents a Student Worker Type to have access to Instructor Portal. We changed Wobeni Lotha to a Regular Employee and she should now have access to the instructor portal. She can be changed to Contract Employee if you like and that will still give her access to the instructor portal as well. This will have no impact on her Student Portal. She will still be able to access that as she currently does.
