This appears to be a possible internal network issue. Please check with Mr Porter if there were any changes in the server permissions. It appears the system might not have permission to access that folder any longer. The error happens even on files that were previously uploaded.
Hi Dana, this is Stephen. I looked at the folder and the gmc user and Cindy have full control of the folder. I also copied the file to Cindy's desktop and still received the import error. Thoughts?

Currently the system is set up that the files can only be pulled in from the directory that is specified in Host for file import. The reason is the server is pulling the file and thus the server not the user needs permission/access to the folder that the file is being pulled from. If the server still has read/write permissions to that folder on //pollycarp then I will need the programmers to add more error details so I can see why its not able to read the file.
I will look into that right now.

Good morning Dana,
I still am unable to import ISIR's, is there any update on when this issue will be resolved?
Thanks
