In the following reports, we need the address column to be broken up. Instead of having their street, city, state, and zip all in one column we need multiple columns which would allow us to create a mail merge and enable us to print labels.
- Student List
- Enrolled Student
- Enrollment Query
So for the address we would need the following columns;
- line 1
- city
- state
- zip
- country

2. There is new functionality coming that will allow you to print a set of labels for a group of students.

I have added line 1, line 2, line 3, city, state, postal code, and country on to the reports/queries above. I also realized that the postal code was not on the person and prospect queries so this has been added as well. It will be in version 2.46, which is the next release.
