This is two parts:

1. We are moving our students to use internal emails. At matriculation, we need to populate the school email field with "username@nts.edu". The email then needs to be made the primary email address. The username is created at this point (first.last) so it seems a natural place to write it. 
2. Consequently, we need to make this change for existing students. So we need overwrite the school email for existing students with "username@nts.edu" and make it the primary. We plan on moving all official communications to students to this internal email beginning Monday, August 5? 

I am assuming that this is just a database code write and shouldn't be too challenging to make happen. Please let me know if I am wrong and step #2 isn't possible before August 5.
