Bulk enroll class from student list

If we have a class that we need to manually enroll a list of students, it would be helpful to have a way to go from the class screen and choose from active students and "bulk" enroll. There may be situations such as for a training course, or if we have to recreate course to have this option. (Similar to how moodle allows manual enrollments.)

Bulk Enroll

In the next release,

  • Academics > Students
  • Search for the desired list of students
  • Click the checkbox next to some or all of the students
  • Click Update Selected
  • Click Register Selected
  • Search for the class/classes you wish to register this group of students for.
  • Make sure the checkbox is selected next to the students and classes
  • Click Register Selected
  • A list of warnings/errors will appear to show the status of the registrations.
  • There is also a Remove Registration for Selected option.  THis will not drop the classes, but will remove the registration if done before the class begins.
